We will be having our first Kindergarten Lottery on January 17^th at 6:45 at the School Board Meeting. You are welcome to come to the meeting, but you don’t have to be there to be in the lottery. Please send in your application by Monday, January 16^th to be in the lottery.

Our first lottery for grades 1^st through 8^th will be on March 20^th at 6:45 at the School Board Meeting. Please send in your application by Thursday, March 15^th.

Panda Express Fundraising

Dear Raindrops to Refuge Supporters,

Every Friday in November presents an opportunity for you to support us simply by going to Panda Express in Sherwood (in the Target Shopping Center on the corner of Tualatin Sherwood Road and SW Bailer Way) with this flyer.

The flyer is good for the entire day, but you must present it to them in order for us to benefit. So please print this flyer (it's actually good for two visits, so feel free to share) and remember to go to Panda Express on a Friday in November, and we will receive 20% of the sales! It's that simple. So we really hope you will partake in this generous offer from Panda Express.

Volunteering

Hi All,

If any of you would like to volunteer this year we will need you to fill out a Criminal Background Check form which I have attached. We are having parents fill this out yearly and your last one is more than an year old or you have never filled one out. I know some of you may not be able to volunteer so just disregard this email if that is the case. Thanks for your help.

Subway Lunch Orders

Parents,

You can order Subway lunches any week you would like. Just get your order form into the office by the Wednesday previous to the week you want a lunch. I have attached a copy of the order form cover sheet and the order form. For questions contact Monica Woods at 503-928-1154 or subwaydelivers@hotmail.com.

If your child is absent the day you had ordered a lunch you could come and pick it up. Subway cannot reschedule another day for your child to get the lunch. If however, you know ahead of time your child won’t be at school the day they are scheduled for a lunch, call Monica and she can make a change for you.

If there are any problems pr questions, please contact Subway at subwaydelivers@hotmail.com If you ordered Subway lunch for your child/children, please review the attached list of Subway orders and make sure the dates ordered are what you have down.
