Volunteering

Hi All,

If any of you would like to volunteer this year we will need you to fill out a Criminal Background Check form which I have attached.  We are having parents fill this out yearly and your last one is more than an year old or you have never filled one out.  I know some of you may not be able to volunteer so just disregard this email if that is the case.  Thanks for your help.
